This flood, who is wrong?

Indonesia was given the continuous rain. hopefully no flooding and flooding may subside. Floods in Jakarta which was a warm conversation.

Flooding happens who is to blame? government? or people who could never throw garbage in its place? or construction of buildings that do not qualify?

suppose all the people may be more concerned with their own environment. Maybe rain there will be no flood?

Before it is too late, let us be more concerned with the environment, not the time to blame each other, but the repair ourselves. Self-awareness is needed.
